The Fijian Tourism Expo (FTE) is Fiji’s premier tourism industry event. This year marks the sixth consecutive year for the event – a uniquely designed Fijian tourism experience for international buyers and media.

Hosted by Tourism Fiji - the National Tourist Office - the event provides a cross-sectoral platform for partners in the tourism industry to engage directly with international buyers and travel trade media.

1.3 Breakdown

For security reasons, sellers are advised to remove all portable and valuable items immediately after the show closes and not to leave their stand unattended until all such items are clear.

1.4 Complimentary Parking
• Denarau Island Convention Centre (DICC), Sheraton Fiji Resort –car park
• Denarau Golf & Racquet Club – Pro-Lawn Grounds
• Denarau Golf & Racquet Club car park.

***Please note the foyer and loading dock are used for loading and off-loading. This is NOT a parking zone.***

1.5 Accommodation

2.0 STAND BUILD REGULATIONS

2.1 Booth Entitlements

This is dependent on the booth purchase as per the kind reminder below:

The costs are inclusive of:

1. morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea
2. access to evening networking events
3. standard booth shell
4. one power outlet
5. one light and
6. Wi-Fi access

NB: Sellers will need to source their own booth furniture. 

2.2 Promotional Material
We strongly encourage having your promotional material or collateral available in USB’s for distribution during appointments as brochures are hard to take home.

If you are sending material to the booth, you will need to be present to receive them. Tourism Fiji will NOT be responsible for any consignments.

The entire exhibition will be housed in the Denarau Island Convention Centre (DICC), Sheraton Fiji Resort and grouped under the following regions:

All appointments are booked through our Event platform.

3.2 Finalised Appointment Schedule
A link to download a soft copy of your final appointment schedule will be circulated prior to the commencement of FTE. You are encouraged to download and print a copy for your reference.
